Sales Development Representative

(Klagenfurt/Graz/Vienna or remotely in the DACH area)

Your role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are a central part of our sales team. You identify potential customers, arouse interest in our product and lay the basis for successful business transactions. You work in a results-oriented manner and enjoy achieving ambitious goals and improving your performance.

Yours tasks

  • Lead generation: Identification of potential B2B customers (CROs, Heads of Sales, CEOs)
  • Contact: Proactively reach out to potential customers via telephone, email and LinkedIn.
  • Needs analysis: Initial qualification of leads and identification of their sales challenges.
  • Making an appointment: Arranging demos and meetings for the sales team.
  • Goal achievement: Responsibility for achieving and exceeding KPIs, such as the number of qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline growth.
  • CRM management: Maintaining and updating leads and activities in the CRM system.

requirement profile

Professional qualifications:

  • First experience in sales or lead generation, ideally in the SaaS sector.
  • Familiarity with common tools such as CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), outreach systems (e.g. Honeysales, Apollo.io) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Technical understanding or willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with an AI product.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.

  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working.
  • Motivation to exceed goals and celebrate success
  • Interest in technology and sales topics.
